High Pressure Ball Valve Structural Features

1. The anti static design of the high pressure ball valve makes the ball, valve stem and valve body form an electrostatic channel. Therefore, the static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the bonnet during the opening and closing process can be led to the ground through the valve body to prevent the fire or explosion hazard caused by the static spark.

2. Standard single-piston action (self-relief valve seat), the fluid pressure on both sides of the forward and reverse flow, creating a combined force of thrust, the combined force pushes the valve seat tightly against the ball.

The effect of fluid pressure in the valve cavity creates a resultant thrust, which pushes the valve seat away from the ball. When the valve is in the fully open and fully closed position, any over pressure in the valve cavity, the single piston design can automatically relieve pressure.

Therefore, this valve seat ring is called "automatic pressure relief type".

Optional double isolation and double bleed action

There is fluid pressure at both ends of the inlet and outlet, which is a resultant force in the valve cavity, which pushes the valve seat ring toward the sphere. If the valve is a double-piston valve seat ring, a pressure relief valve is needed to reduce the occurrence of over pressure in the valve cavity.

3. The high pressure ball valves are coordinated with the bracket platform on which the drive device is installed, and the worm gear transmission device, the pneumatic device, the electric device, the hydraulic device and the gas-hydraulic device can be conveniently installed.
