Qufu Temb Auto Brake has devoted a great of time and money to develop state of the art formulations for most world-wide applications. We also provide brake hardware, shims, wear sensors, etc. All formulations are environmental safe, by the careful selection of the raw materials used in our formulations.   At each manufacturing step we also utilize statistical process control to assure quality throughout the entire factory.  All formulations are positive molded using all PLC control presses from Taiwan.  All formulations are tested according to SAE 2522 plus customer specific testing requirements.   We monitor routinely on a production basis all physical properties-shear, compressibility, hardness, specific gravity, etc.

Qufu Temb Auto Brake, over the years, has privately labeled friction materials for both the domestic and export market throughout the world.  We have our own chemists that develop our wide range of formulations, from semi-metallic, low steel, ceramic and composite friction materials for applications ranging from light weight to transit vehicles to truck discs and blocks. Currently, we have over 2800 molds and on average, we can develop 8-10 part numbers per month. 

Semi-metallic disc pads

These semi-metallic formulations are designed for given applications ranging from light weight vehicles to truck disc pads. Our European materials feature high friction for excellent stopping power, with good life.  Our South American materials are at medium friction level, with long life and designed for heavy loads.

Ceramic disc pads

Our range of ceramic pads has been evaluated in China, South and North America on numerous type vehicles with excellent results. They feature excellent life, little to no vehicle dust and noise free. Friction levels at very high temperature tends to be slightly lower than the metallic type pads.

These formulations are used in Asia and Europe for a wide range of applications.  Applications are for SUV and higher speed vehicles.

Composite

This is a new generation of materials that Qufu Temb Auto Brake has produced.  They feature the best characteristics of ceramic and metallic friction materials combined.  Using the best ceramic attributes of noise and life and combined with higher temperatures of metallic gives us a unique material. We anticipate that these materials will have a wide range of applications
